Since they cant be set to output a certain voltage whats the best way to set them up. I thought mine was right but i have around a .5 point of a difference. I was thinking setting the sensor in differnt oxygen enviroments, real rich or real lean, then measuring the voltage on the Pins of the unit and make sure thats whats getting into the V2. ANy other ideas or better ways is appreciated...

you can check the calibration of your V2`s AD inputs.
they (the AD inputs) maybe off.

I know theyre off. But i mean how do i get the plx to display anything like a flatlined signal. I would like get it matched up right. Maybe i just need to go to a serial cable. hehe

there are devices that put out a steady voltage that you could buy,
or maybe burrow someones LC-1 or something. LOL
my V2 has some fairly unsteady AD ins, so i
installed the BBL beta.
heres a link to a home made cable for the PLX.
