Can someone tell me what the difference is between the PCM with the blue and red pcm connecter and the one with the blue/green connectors. Will the One with Blue/ Green connector still work OK??

One is a 512k pcm as used on the cable thottle motors here in Aus , the other is the 1024k PCM used with the drive by wire setup , not interchangable

Thanks, so the 512pcm will not do drive by wire? (we use all cable). Do they use the same cam and crank signal?

Yes same crank and cam signals , the 512k pcm was able to run FBW but it is different to how it was done here in AUS on the 1024k pcm
