The "Custom OS Upgrade Tutorial" shows B3647 to have units listed as AFR Ratio but Tune shows units in EQ Ratio. Is this a problem with the OS the CAL or am I missing something altogether?

Go to edit --->>>> properties in the editor and choose display as AFR
