View Full Version : Cant do a full reflash on LMM?

With the new software from GM, I'd like to do a full reflash to go back to the original OS. However, the full reflash button is not highlighted and wont let me, Only lets me change calibrations. Is there a way to do this?

No, there is no way to do that from what I was told. Not even the tech2 can do that. I don't think that EFI Live came out with a full reflash ability for LMM's yet. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so. They are all going to the XXXXXXXXX94 OS it screwed me one time. ;)

LBZ / LMM Full reflashing is well and truly in the works here.
However, you can't go back from say LMM to LBZ, the ECM won't allow it.

What I was thinking was to take a LMM that had the new flash and flash it back to the previous OS. Have not been able to do that yet, but am downloading 7.5.4 right now, that may do it.

Don't think so, not able to yet with mine
