I have recently installed a pro charger on a 2008 Corvette with the LS3 and I am having two issues one is with changing the injector flow rates and the other is with the Torque Management. When I run the car on the dyno it gets to 411 RWTQ and flat lines there,if I alter table (B2501) It will not allow any gear changes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The injector flow rates, I assume you mean you can't set it high enough?, this is a internal ECM limitation.
When it is hitting the horsepower limit what is happening?, throttle closing?, spark reduction?
Cheers,

If I have the correct pids selected it shows its doing neither, spark is a constant 18 degrees with 0 Knock Retard and shows 100% throttle and running about 118 to 120 kpa on the map @ 6psi of boost. This is what confuses me on the torque reduction.
The injector issue is how the injectors ramp in it is so different from the E40,my question is where do I begin or how do I change the injector flow rate. The new injectors are 57 lbs rated at 4 Bar according to FAST.

I tried to return you call, but didn't get an answer, so I just tell ya what I learned about these E38 and attach the tune I had one the one I did. The IFR able is a bit different, but I believe we used the same FAST injectors as you are, so should work. Any time I messed with the toque limiting tables, like you did, I got the no shifting too, so I left them all stock and it seemed to work fine. With this tune and 6psi we made 500/500 on a dyno dynamics loaded dyno. You might give Howard at RedLine Motorsports on here a call, as he has done quite a few of these and was a big help to me.

I took the low number from your spreadsheet and coped it into the 400kPa row of the table and put the high number in the 480, then linear fill between the two, then flat lined the low and high values like in the stock table. Basically just increasing the table from stock to where it is now for the lager injectors.
