Commanded PE AFR Issue

Here is the problem I am having not sure what needs to be done. I am running semi-open loop SD. I have done the Auto-VE process and my VE table is very close +/- .01 Ben factor. I have enabled PE mode and commanding 12.6 for all RPM ranges as a starting point and I am logging commanded 12.6 afr when I enter PE mode but WBO2 log is 13.30 afr. Any idea why my commanded is not matching actual AFR? Thanks in advance.

From what I understand you are saying is that the higher map cells tuned in within 1% when you did the auto ve. But when you commanded a different afr in these cells by enabling PE the resultant afr was lean. This would be due to an error somewhere else in your tune. The main culprit being the IFR table.
It would not hurt to post up your tune & a log of what is happening.
