Hi , I'm looking for more details about H0131 , what is the inter module communications.

The ECM may rely on speed input data from other modules, such as the ABS controller or BCM to determine the speed limiter value.

A theoretical example: the BCM may be programmed with a value that is the maximum speed rating of the tires fitted to the vehicle, for example 160mph. The BCM would need to transmit that value to the ECM and the ECM would limit the top speed to 160mph. If the CAN bus failed (i.e. the wires were broken or shorted) and the BCM could not transmit that value to the ECM, then the ECM would fall back to using the value in H0131, i.e. 100mph.

If the CAN bus has failed you will get a DTC that starts with the letter "U". You can see those codes by looking at the very end of the DTC list under Calibrations->Engine Diagnostics->DTC Type.
