Hi Guys,

If I'm running COS3 2 Bar tune in my car now and if I had to use a non COS tune (let's say to pass emissions testing or something like that), could I load up the tune and use it and not have to change the MAP sensor back to the 1 Bar?

I Apologize if this is a stupid question, but I do Appreciate the help!

Thanks in advance!

You would need to transfer the 2/3 bar MAP sensor calibration back to the stock OS.

On that note, you shouldn't need to change OS's to pass inspection.

I've got an emission tune already made for the car, so it'd be easier for me just to load that tune instead of trying to figure out what I'd have to change to make my speed density tune work. Being a newbie and not so knowledgeable, my tune is in the "fine tuning" stage (Please pardon the pun), I don't want to mess with it. I'd think that the MAF codes would set off the fail notice. Granted, I was shocked that I passed without cats last year, that's why I know that tune works.
