speedo calculator error

when i click on the speedo calculator button i get the following error.(see pic)
i'm using V7.5.4 Build 65

- that file has readonly attribute (on the file do rightclick->properties),
- your Vista login account does not have Admin priviliges.

I second joe, I got the same message because I was using a guest user level, switch to admin and every thing will be fine
