Close loop not runnin right

Ok i started to tune my car in open loop without the MAF...I disabled the closed loop, fuel learnin, and cleared the fuel trim.

In open loop with the above settings it runs in the high 14s low 15s right up to 3500 then curves towards 12.5~11.0

In closed Loop its in the mid 16s to high 15s and at 3500 it curves to high 13s low 14s

NOT the best thing to have...

What do i do? HELP NEEDED

Hi there can you post your tune to look over? Does your engine have lean cruise? If so that will give you around 15-16 afr above around 65kph but does not explain the lean WOT.
Have you carried out the auto VE? When you are back in closed loop have you reconnected the air flow meter?

Can you also post a log including O2 sensor voltage and commanded fuel?

I am sufferin from Wide band failure, but once i get it runnin again i will get you the latest tune with its log open loop and closed loop...
