I have COS3 with an SD tune, My bank 2 #1 NBO2 sensor reads 1.107 and is flat lined most of the time. Bank 1 is fine. The sensor has been changed and I'm certain the connections are OK. Is there anything in the tune that might cause this?
Here's a log.

are you using your WB to simulate a NB?

For grins, if you unplug the NB what does it read?

No

Good idea, I'll try that.

Swap NBO2 sensors between banks...

If the problem follows the sensor, then the sensor is bad.
If the problem stays on the same bank, then you may have leaky injectors on that bank, or some other problem (bad sensor wiring).

I swapped the sensors.......problem stayed on bank 2, reads about 1.07 all the time
unplugged bank 2.....reads about .450 all the time.

Sounds like you have an exhaust leak that is allowing fresh air into the exhaust piping.

Yup. Double check all your exhaust bolts and clamps. A Seafoam treatment is a great way to spot an exhaust leak.
