Reading a couple of threads and found some mentioning unusual shifting

http://www.performancetrucks.net/forums/showthread.php?t=422365

which lead to a HPT forum thread

http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19263

which lead to H0101.

According to the description:

The number of revolutions per kilometer of the transmission output shaft.

For manual vehicles, it is not used and is often set incorrectly.
For automatic vehicles, it is used by the PCM to determine the transmission shift speeds.

It will normally be consistent with the equation: H0101=H0102*H0104

Mine's a 4L80E so the above equation H0101=H0102*H0104 should apply....but doesn't.
In looking through alot of other tunes...seems it almost NEVER applies.
What gives?
I've heard this makes a BIG difference to shifting?

Nobody?????
Still stumped by this.
Not sure if it is the cause of some strange shifting issues?
