No right click function on maps????

Well...just recently upgraded to build_66.
Noticed that I can no longer chose functions such as 'copy with labels' etc by right clicking on the cells in the VE map. I expect it's the same with all maps.
Is this a deliberate change....or an oversight?

Oh...same on my laptop and PC so not a PC issue....I don't think.
