Is there a way to adjust the idle speed, IAC, and other parameters concurrently? Or can you only adjust them one at a time?

I just got the prof. version, and haven't had time to really play around with it too much. But that was one thing I noticed when I was playing w/ it that as soon as I switched from rpm speed to IAC, the idle rpm was reset.

No the idle speed and IAC position are all mutually exclusive. You can't do both at the same time - it's physically impossible.

You can't fix the desired RPM while changing the IAC, because the PCM uses the IAC to control the desired RPM and vice-versa.
