Can anyone give me a quick description of what is required to convert a VX commodore to a L98 engine using the LS1 PCM?

I know that a few jumper wires need to be made for the injectors and cam sensor and I will also need a manual throttle body.
Is there also a deference in the crank sensor wheel? If so can they be swapped easily? Or is it a new crank.

Any help would be much appreciated

You will need ....

fit ls2 injector plugs
extend cam, map and knock sensor harnesses
fit ls1 knock sensors into side of block
fit 24x reluctor wheel
fit 1 x cam gear
fit cable throttle body
tune ls1 PCM

reluctor wheel is a crank out job and is best done by some one who has the special alignment tool and knows what they are doing.

we have supplied a few guys with the parts and modified the looms and have had great success with it all (all be it they were actually L76's)
