4L80E low rpm shifts

i cant get my 4L80E to shift like i want it to at lower rpms. it feels sometimes like its banging into gear when im just cruzzin around. and i dont like the feeling. seems like it would be bad for the trans.

i played with it today when i got off work and i think i have it set more of what it should be. but if i have any problems or it still feels as though hammering into gear ill post it.
