HELP PLEASE!!! Error programming Vortec V6 4.3

Everything goes smoothly until the the Flashscan V2 tries to initialize bootlogger(or something) and an error comes up saying there was no response from the ECM. The Flashscan advises to uncheck high speed programming but still won't do anything. Error keeps popping up....

Initializing BootLoader....
ERROR....
BootLoader Rejected ....
Reason: No Reply.....
Data Transfer was interrupted, Try unchecking "Use High Speed"

I've tried about 5 times and still get the same Error. Maybe my ecm is not supported?

Does it only fail on your 4.3L...?

Are you able to read the ECM flash contents...?

Make sure you are using the latest V7.5.4 build 66 and the latest V2.05.20 firmware, available from our web site downloads page here:

Download both V7.5 and V8.1 - and read these posts:

If you are already using the latest software and firmware, can you please locate the file:
\My Documents\EFILive\V7.5\Bug Reports\YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_Upload.blx
where:
YYYYMMDD is the year, month and day
and:
HHMMSS is the hour, minute and second
that you attempted to reflash the controller.

Please send that file to me at [email protected] and
include a link to this message so that I can correlate
your file with this message.

It worked on the 15th try:D It read the ecm with no problems and I actually used the Flashscan V2 a couple of days earlier to flash a calibration into my 2008 Silverado w/6.0 ltr (ECM & TCM) with no problems whatsoever! The only way I could get it to work on my 4.3 Vortec V6 was using a bench harness... I'll look for the error's and send them to you...
