I recently got a new laptop with windows vista. EFI LIVE installed fine. I transfered my PIDs/MAPs/VDPs over from my previous laptop and everytime I opened efi live I had to re-open each page and re-set all of them to be on the current screen.

Well then now I have just gone through and saved AS with ALL of what I did into the EFI LIVE folder as it normally puts it and to my own folder so there are duplicate copies. Now I'm hoping that when I shut down my computer or close efi live that when I re-open it , it will load these pages.

if it does not, how do I get it to load these pages, as this is my 4th time re-doing these pages and is getting rather annoying. Am I doing something wrong? it used to be fine and they would stay set the way I left them when I exited. and yes I save upon changes and exits.

this is a very annoying phenomena. http://smiliesftw.com/x/mad_1.gif (http://smiliesftw.com)

i found that if i open both the scan.exe and tune.exe at the same exact time
this increases the likelihood of this happening.

it is as annoying as clicking the header in the favorite tab of the tune.exe
a map order saving feature would be nice.

if reloading the maps then closing the program does not save the maps order,
then reload the maps and restart of the PC without closing the program.
this works for me. http://smiliesftw.com/x/lame.gif (http://smiliesftw.com)

in the scan.exe>properties>start up tab you can select the PID file to open with.

will try that with the startup tab thing.

used to I could save my pages or whatever and they would automatically appear when I re-opened it.

I do like the new DVT (F12) page :)

but this saving pages is getting on my nerves, as I usually put my computer in a low power state and then come back to efi live only to find out my pages are changed.

will look into the startup stuf....maybe there are options under there that I Can get this fixed.

From what i have found it wont save the map if the map is in a different folder other then the main EFILive folder.
