License question

I want to get an extra license for my personal scan & tune.How can I tranfer it to my laptop from my desk top? My lap top is NOT connected to the internet and I can't get it connected,I tried but can't...........Paul

The licenses are stored in the cable. EFILive will send you and email with the information and codes needed to add the license to the cable. You can manually copy the codes from the email to the laptop with the cable connected to it, or if you have the EFILIve software installed on your desk top, you can plug you cable into it and then just cut and past the codes that way.

To get to the license info you need, just connect you cable to your computer and open the tune software and click on the help tap, then click on V1 licence details. It will show you how many license you have on the cable and have the box to add the codes for the new licenses.
