If I step on the clutch the idle stays at 1200 RPM until I reach zero? I looked at the idle tables, but nothing jumped out at me as being the cause? Any ideas?

Throttle cracker tables B4311 and 4312? I don't have my laptop handy, so I cannot even check them until tomorrow
