Need HELP cant use flash calibration only??

when i try to flash my truck with calibrations only and it fails. its an 04 yukon and then it leaves the pcm in an unstable state w/ no calibration on it. i then need to do a full reflash w/ operating system. any idea why it would fail when trying to flash just new calibrations?

Can you please locate the file:
\My Documents\EFILive\V7.5\Bug Reports\YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_Download.blx
where:
YYYYMMDD is the year, month and day
and:
HHMMSS is the hour, minute and second
that you attempted to cal flash the controller.
