I think i did something wrong!!

i went to load a new tune in my truck today and it told me that my computer was locked. i don't remember locking it, also the last tune i put in didn't have a VIN number on it and i am wondering if that messed something up. i am trying to pull on saturday but i need to get into my computer before i can hook to the sled.
any help would be great

you might want to PM Blacky or GMPX. I think i remember reading that if the vin gets zeroed out they have a way to get it fixed.
