did you start emulation by clicking on the emulation icon?
did you select the fine or course setting for the table you are updating?
is the table linked to the PID(s) you want it to be? (cal.link.txt)

Mr Prick once told me this in the past and I blew right past it, so here is a graphic. Let me be explicit, RR WILL NOT ACTIVATE until either the FINE or COARSE control is selected. I also recommend activating the little blue tracking star next to it to track in the cells.

DEFINITION OF FINE/COARSE(TUNE TOOL MANUAL.PDF)
Fine: multiplier = 1-((1-PID)*(FINE/1000)))
Coarse: multiplier = 1-((1-PID)*(COARSE/1000))

Other notes:
- Once RTACS reaches the 1% target of your data, it will inactivate that cell unless
you set accuracy to 0%.
- Make sure RR is in Realtime mode.
- Check your filters before starting! make sure BOTH tabs of filter sets are what you expect.
- Make sure your RTACS lower limit is in a SAFE range for what you are working with. It normally takes the tables lowest and highest numbers.
