Intermittant rough start no throttle

I have a customers vehicle that is a conversion L76 into Nissan Patrol, unfortunately it was wired before it came to me. I have fixed a number of issues with the wiring and it is tuned and runs well except it has on 3 occasions started with rough running and no throttle control. Turn it off and on a 1/2 dozen times and it works again. The only code I see that could be related is minimum throttle not learned, could this be a sticking throttle motor?? But if so why would it run rough because of this.

Yes I have. It has logged a fault. Min throttle position not leared. I'm thinking perhaps sticky throttle assembly, it only happens one in 5 cold starts amd never on hot start. If you run it when faulting for 5 minutes on so shut it down and restart it then it comes good.
