I purchased a new Vin license on Saturday at 1:00 and still nothing in my e-mail. I attempted to contact EFIlive using help request with no response. Is there a phone # so I can talk to someone on this? I really need to get the updated Vin license. Thanks in advance!

The activation code was sent to your email address at 11:03:59 a.m. on Oct 5, 2008. I guess it did not make it through to you.
I will pm your license details, please check your private messages in a few minutes.
Just to clarify, the last post by waterbug1999 and the first post by 01midmetws6 are referring to the same order?

Spam filters are a wonderful thing aren't they.
At least a couple of times a month we need to send licenses from a non EFILive Email account because a spam filter kills Emails from an EFILive account.

Hotmail and other free email services are the most difficult to send automated messages to. We have a lot of trouble sending licenses to hotmail accounts. I guess so many spammers target hotmail that the spam filtering is very very strict. Because the license activation code is a "form/generated" email it appears like spam to most aggressive spam filters.
In other news...
Our new licensing system is complete and we are now putting the final touches on our new web site. The new licensing system will allow you to retrieve your license details directly from the online store. So if emails are trashed by spam filters you'll still be able to get your licenses.

The plan is this weekend :cucumber:
Except Bathurst is on so I have to take time out to watch the race. If you get a chance to see the race, it is worth seeing :)

Yeah, Bathurst/Mt.Panorama is a classic going back maybe 50+ years now...... it is the very definition of Holden vs Ford.

The FlashScan cable ships with 2 VIN licenses already activated. You don't need any activation codes yet.
When you attempt to re-flash the vehicle, you will see a message saying the controller is not licensed. Once you click OK to that, the re-flash screen will display a [License PCM] button. Click on that and FlashSCan will use one of the available licenses for that controller.
You can check the status of your used/available licenses by selecting Help->FlashScanV2 VIN licensing...
