Can I perfom this procedure on my 98 Chevy blazer? I had to replace the engine and the service manual says this procedure must be done with a Tech 2. I see that efi live offers this feature. I don't know how to figure out if it is available for my vehicle. I don't want to take it to the dealership because they are the cause of the engine replacement. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
