Cant perform relearn..help

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?? 411 PCM running cal from 2002 chevy express l31. 12212156 OS
Temp--180
VSS--0
TPS--0
Trans in Park
Only DTC reported is P1336 it is listed a few times.
Hit F12
Choose 99-08 PCM
Hit activate
Learning Tab
Hold brake
Hit CASE
EFI Live does nothing when I hit the CASE button????

After clicking case the re-learn procedure requires that you raise the engine revs to 4500-5000rpm (over about 1-2 seconds) until you hear the fuel cut momentarily. Then let off the throttle and allow the engine to return to normal idle speed. Then ignition off for 15-30 seconds to allow the ECM to save the learned data.

does EFI live do anything after the CASE button is pressed? I hit it and nothing at all happens

Nothing that you will notice. EFILive sends the CASE learn command to the vehicle. The vehicle then waits for the operator to perform the CASE learn RPM increase.
