The "right" AFR will be on the LC-1's serial link, regardless of how it's programmed...

Have you seen the V2 BBL serial AFR feature that some people are using...?

Have a read thru these:
showthread.php?t=8741 (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=8741)
showthread.php?t=8384 (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=8384)
showthread.php?t=8115 (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=8115)

Basically, V2 is able to read the serial comms bitstream from the LC-1 (and various other widebands) and obtain the AFR from this.

If your LC-1 is set to default, then brown wire (analog 2) matches the CALC.AFR_LC1x pids, and the yellow wire (analog 1) matches the NBO2 input.

Connect up LM Programmer software and see what your LC-1 is programmed for (select AFR)...
post pics of the analog 1 and analog 2 graphs from the LM Programmer software.
