Hi guys,

I've come across a slight issue with the latest software releases when used with the E38 COS files. With the previous versions of the firmware and the E38 COS, DMA PID's were not supported. This was OK as I just went back to using the laptop. With the release of build 70 and firmware 2_06_04, I was hopeful of being able to BBL again with full DMA support.

I re-added the DMA PID's into the options file and loaded up the V2 and was happy to see that logging started without the "Invalid PID" warning. However, I soon noticed that the V2 screen showed no data for the DMA PID's.....

The above image shows the data just after the car was started and while non DMA PID's are displaying fine, the DMA PID's show "0".

Now for the really interesting part. When the saved log is opened in ScanTool, the DMA PID data is displayed fine. So it's just that the V2 doesn't display the data in real time.

Any ideas on this one?

Simon.

Seems odd, I will investigate. Can you please send me (paul@efilive.com) your Options.txt file so I can log exactly the same PID set. Thanks.

Regards
Paul
