Hi I just made a upgrade from OS 2000 to OS 2002, I did copy table by table, and I'm sure I did no miss something.
My car is a LS1 Z28, Custom Cam 232/236 .598/.603, Ported TB, 241 hand ported heads, LS6 intake, LT headers, 4500 stall, 3.90 gears.

My time on de 1/4 mile was 11.6 sec. when I was using the 2000 OS, I recently made the upgrade and my time gone to 12's flat on the same race conditions. Dou you see something wrong? What could happend?

Here is a Log of yesterday on the track, my time went worst, please teake a look.
An other thing how can I Know if my WB is working ok? Every time I log on SD I always have the same reads of BEN's.

Please need help

That tune file is setup for CLMAF... I hope you're not doing AutoVE like this...:bawl:

Your VE table looks wrong for your mods.

You may have to visually compare the 2 tunes, table-by-table.

You're logging 36 channels...
Logging 25-48 channels gives a sample rate of 5 samples/second <-- reduces accuracy of BEN's;
Logging 0-24 channels gives a sample rate of 10 samples/second <-- you want this;
You have to remove some pids when logging.

To check wb, log CL and you should see wb AFR rippling around stoichiometric,
and at WOT you should see it go rich (between 11 and 13),
and at closed throttle decel with DFCO enabled you should see go lean (18-19).

Your NBO2 (HO2Sx1) voltages indicate you are extremely lean at WOT... unless your NBO2 are failing/wornout...

Your LTFT's indicate lean during CL.

I am surprised you didn't get any knock (quite lean, 29° deg timing), are your KS's working...?

If AD1 is your wb output voltage, then the wb is not working/connected.

Also, your MAF is pegging at 220-230 g/s... you should be seeing closer to 300 g/s.

Log these PIDs when driving:

VSS
RPM
TP
MAF
MAP
IAT
ECT
AFR
SPARKADV
KR
IBPW1
IBPW2
DYNCYLAIR_DMA
LONGFT1
LONGFT2
HO2S11
HO2S21
ADn

Keep channel count to 24 or less (i.e. no more than 4 packets).

Ooooh not, I'm not doing AutoVE with this tune, I use this, and then upgrade the VE on the tune with MAF. But every time I have done this, my LTFT goes up.

I re check table by table and all looks ok, that's why I'm a little confused why changing from OS to OS my ET drops 1 sec
My VE looks wrong like, lean?

I went to the track again, and log 4 races, 2 on my stock OS9381344 and 2 on OS12212156 the ET 12.36, 12.31 and 12.40, 12.38. My logs show LTFT lean on CL. So I'm still more confused, it looks like the NBO2 are working ok, I'm no getting any codes on the MAF, and also my Knock sensors are working unless they are eliminated on the tune but I think they aren't.
Any sugestions?
I will check the fuel pump, maybe is on the way out.

Joe, one question, why you said the MAF should be close to 300g/s

Joe, one question, why you said the MAF should be close to 300g/sAt WOT, as your RPM climbs high your MAF should be going to about 300 g/s... yours doesn't go higher than 230 g/s...

Let me see if I can find some other logs to show this.

Could the MAF be bad and cause the lean mixture al WOT?

Your MAF might be dirty (most likely) or it might be bad...

If the MAF reports less airflow than actual, then yes this would cause a lean AFR.

At WOT, the MAF should follow the RPM all the way up;

this is a log from my stock 2001 TA, my RPM didn't redline but my MAF was already getting close to 300 g/s.

I'm getting DTC P0101 related to MAF I don't find what causes this DTC, will be the Cam?

Ok I didn't have time to fix my problem until now. I Still have problems with my tune on 2002 OS, I have a problem with the MAF the DTC trigged is Performance, and also some times DTC P0300 random engine misfires and my Torquer converter unlock's all the way. but this is only on this OS. So what else could be. I try changing the misfire diagnostic test and still geting the code.

Try doing a CASE relearn from the scantool.
