Question on transferring license

I bought a license for my car before I got efilive V1, so it is on another persons hardware.

Can I transfer it to mine and still retain my other two licenses it came with?

That is correct.

We are trying to figure out a way to allow licenses to be transferred, but we have not found a way to do it yet. When we do it will only be offered for FlashScan V2. We can't offer it for FlashScan V1, because FlashScan V1 is not field upgradable.
