Trans torque reduction removing timing

I haven't had an issue with this previously but the Torque loss from spark retard B1902 was causing spark retard EST_XMSN_DMA EST - Trans Torque Reduction Spark Retard. I had to zero this table to obtain the correct run spark. Anyone else had this?
It was COS1 on a VT HSV using a tune from a 2002 HSV Auto

It did seem to surface as a problem when going to the 12225074 OS, zero'ing the table you mentioned is the 'typical' solution.
