Reading THIS (http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/10615042-post9.html) post on LS1tech makes it sound like you'd better be careful when flashing. Does EFILive do anything to protect from this occurring?

Not much you can do...

Make sure everything is perfect before you press the button.
