This is all trial and error, I programmed a 2007 Duramax LMM with 325/60/20's tires which = 35.35" tire height...I learned that the ECM didn't like to see anything over 35" so Ive been using a tire height of 315/60/20 which = 34.88" tire height and Revs are 578.18 per mile
The ABS & Brake lights went away and the speedo is off by 1.5 mph sometimes 2 mph on the freeway.....Hope this helps

well 578.18 no go! how sensitive is this? is it gonna have to be like the exact number it wants to see or can it be off alittle?

Well i have been talking to a few other people and trying different things. I have been from 605 to 620 to 640 and now back to stock tires size and still having problems. I also pulled the abs sensors and checked them and couldnt find anything wrong. There is some more updates on my dieselplace thread if you want some more info

Man, I don't know why it won't work for you...You've been all over the place with the Revs, maybe something else is keeping it from working right...........
