An AutoVE walk through?

I have spent the last 6 hours reading the tutorials over and over trying to understand how to apply this. I think I have changed the tables needed to begin the VE process. I am putting the PLX wide band on in the morning. I was wondering if you guys could coach me through this as an interactive tutorial to help me, and others who have the same confusion.

This is my stock tune and my AutoVE tune.
I am using the PID selection provided with EFI Live for the PLX.
Assuming this starting point is correct, using the VE tune I just need to do a bunch of logging making sure I hit the Ben map cell's around 50 times each? Once I finish logging is when I get somewhat confused and that is where I ask for some guidance.

Welcome to the forum mvnvltn.

Once you logs are complete, you will need to apply the data to your tune then flash the PCM. There is a forum write up more specific to the LS2 that may help you.

That is the Tutorial I used to get where I am now. I have read it over and over about 20 times. It gets conufusing in the end towards to SD stuff. I guess I'll just log and report back?
