I am connecting to an LMM Duramax ECM. When I goto dashboard the default gauge page shows the gauges but not working like not reading anything. If i hit the yellow button on the dashboard section I get the following error. Now I have activated the DVT and they work at this same point so it seems connected to me since I raise and lower engine RPM from the DVT. I have installed the latest
EfiLive 7.5.5 build 77
EfiLive Explorer 8.1.2 build 44
Bootblock 2.06.02
Firmware 2.06.06

Now it has worked before but that was before the last update. I had build 7.5.5 build 72 and 8.1.* build 42 and worked for me then on same notebook and usb port.

This a portion of the error log.

Try reducing the number of selected channels of PIDs to 24 or less.
That is not the same as 24 PIDs. Some PIDs use multiple channels.
You can see the selected channel count at the bottom of the PID selection panel on the [PIDs (F8)] tab page.

Paul

Thanks for the reply. I have unselected all of them already after posting. Been trying stuff from this post to no avail. Post #14 http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=235447&highlight=dashboard

I now have it working. The new change I made today was select the Duramax Imperial PID set. I made a new pid set and thought I could use it that way so as not to change the default. So selecting the pid set and all works.

Thanks for your help Paul.
