Ok we so took my friends truck to do a dyno tune on the new setup, here are the mods

2004 silverado ecsb 4x4
6.0 lq4 engine
232/234 .598 112 cam
pacesetter LT's with ORY pipe
Performabuilt level 3 tranny 4l65e
3800 billet stall

The best we got out of it tuned was 311 rwhp and 329 torque in third gear with converter locked. Can you guys check the tune to see if somethings going on with it? Also we are checking for spark plugs and wires to see if they are working ok.

Do you have a log file with a wide band O2 sensor input?

Only new to this myself and still leaning but Did you do the spark table and fueling on the dyno? and how close is vve table .To me PE looks a bit rich .looks to be down about 50to 80 hp going by the cam size. My2c worth
Cheers Ian

Your timing table, {B5913}
Is nowhere close to being adequate.
Study some performance car factory tunes and see how it works.
Then as a suggestion try pasting in a 2001 ZO6 HOT with the timing increased to say 24* from the 5200rpm line up.
and in the columns between 0.68 and 1.0 grams/cyl.

Then work from there.

p.s. This should be with Gen III specific
