Need help with 6L80E/T43 tune

I have a 08 C6/A6 and I was adjusting my trans tune for the track, and when I load my new tune the car will drive about 100yds before throwing a check engine light for a stuck #5 pressure solenoid. The part that confuses me is if I load my old trans tune the car drives fine but misses the shift. The only things I changed were the WOT shift mph and the speedo Calc. Any help would be great.

Have you tried to just change the WOT shift point change and not the speedo calibration? Maybe it has something to do with the speedo part of the tun file. It looks like you did a change to a 26" tire and then corrected the gear ratio too. Does the speedo read correctly? Can you post the original TCM file so it can be compared. I am not sure why the original gear ratio is shown as 1.11 when the tire size is changed. If the correct gear ratio is chosen the {H0102} changes significantly, this didn't get changed for real did it?
