Do you have the the latest V7.5 (software) and V8 (V2 bootblock/firmware)...?
Please read the attached document very carefully before proceeding if you need to update V2 bootblock/firmware to latest.
There is an Options.txt file located in folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\EFILive\V8\Config...
Have a look thru the Options.txt file and see these threads:
showthread.php?t=9375 (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=9375) (see post #9 and #10)

xxxx_DMA pids are abbreviated to xxxx_M in Options.txt.
You need to copy (using EFILive Explorer (EE)) only the .pmm files for the PCM/ECM/TCM that you will be logging from.

Do I create that file?

First update to latest software/firmware/bootblock (V7.5 and V8)... follow post #2 above.
The Options.txt file will appear in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\EFILive\V8\Config.

Hi Joe, I'm a little slow I guess. Not sure what are saying, I did install EFILive V7.5.5 Build 72 then EFILive V8.1.2 Build 42, including the boot block/firmware. I can't find that file your referencing?

On Vista the file resides in the 'C:\ProgramData\EFILive\V8\Config' folder.

Oh... it seems you're not updated to the latest (build 78 and build 44)...
In that case, try looking in: C\Program Files\EFILive\V8.1\Config... it might be named Options.ini.

OK I have correct up dates, and have copied the Options.txt to the V2. What is the difference in the LS1A_A and LS1A_M??
Am I on the right track? as I work with the 411 PCMs
