E67 Throttle Cable

Has anyone been succesful runninig a throttle cable with the E67? If so what had to be done in the file? I suspect there will be no idle air control.

Correct, there was never a factory engine with a cable throttle, so none of the cable type idle controls have been written in to the ECM code. I don't think it will work at all anyway, the ECM will not be able to cope with the ETC missing.
