Amazing these cars made it that far north. But good to see that at least some people at the seat of the empire have good taste!
:)

And a "Stoppie" is? Is it a reverse burnout?

LOL @ that sign.
I didn`t Know right hand vehicles could do burn outs. :hihi:

It`s nice to see not everyone over there drives MINIs.
That black Manaro reminds me of the Mad Max police interceptor.

I am the Nightrider. I'm a fuel injected suicide machine. I am the rocker, I am the roller, I am the out-of-controller!

It's a great car chase, certainly made many a young lad want a HQ Monaro back then (including this me!)

Cheers,
Ross

Total Classic! Searching for the "precious gas" down Anarchy road! Not bad for a total low budget film made be George Kennedy which probably became a cult film worldwide. :hihi:

Awesome pics! Looking at those Holdens, both modern and old school I really wouldnt mind having the El Camino looking one (sorry I dont know what Holden model that is). That blue one looks sweet!

Erik, there was talk of GM selling the 'Ute' as it's known here in to the US as an El Camino, but in this market I think all plans have been dropped. Much like they were 99% set to go to start to sell Cadillac here in Australia again, GM have dropped that plan too.

Cheers,
Ross

I know, the G8 ST was axed a few months ago. :bad: Bummer as it would have been a sweet ride. So this is what the "Ute" is then huh? Good to know.
