Record-breaking heat scorches southern Australia (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090130/ap_on_re_au_an/as_australia_heat_wave)

Maybe it is GODS punishment for driving on the wrong side of the road. :laugh:

In the late 60's early 70's it was almost as hot that in the Sydney suburbs... looks like the 32 year cycle is repeating.

LOL at the difference in Celsius and Fahrenheit, 40*F is pretty cold.

It was on average about 109.4*F. I hope that sound hot to you guys because it was hot here.

Humidity was only about 10% on those super hot days, so the old swampy A/C was working quite well, as they usually do down here in Southern Australia. I did drive my Cadillac on a few hundred mile trip in December, I'm pretty sure that caused the climate change we just had :hihi:.

Apparently we had a similar heat wave in 1908 or something like that, pretty sure that one was caused by the 1908 global warming crisis with too many horses farting.

I had removed my cats in December, and also tried a tank of AV Gas, probably added to it!

The Japanese are taking care of the biggest animals on earth, wonder if thats reducing methane productions? 1 whale removed for each Cadillac driven?!
