Coan Converter A6 Shift Problems

Coan just released a converter for the 2010 A6 Camaro. I ordered about a 3200 stall. I put it in and now have very soft shifts with flare shifts any time I am on the throttle more than 40%. Coan has no idea what to tell me and says that this may be the first one that has actually been installed. I've adjusted just about every parameter and nothing fixes this problem (even a little). I am going to put the stock converter back in if someone can't point me in the right direction.
