4l80e swap, hesitation between 1-2 and 2-3 shifts

I just finished up my 4l80e/4.8l swap/. I am using a harness from a 2000 Silverado with the pcmforless harness adapter. I am running the 4l60e tune and have changed the shift times all to .2s, gear ratios and some line pressures. when driving slow it shifts fine. when I give it some throttle (around 20/30%) it hesitates before going into gear. Could this be tune related? the trans is a 2000 80e that I put the transgo hd2 shift kit in. everything looked perfect when I had it apart. attached in my current calibration.

Try setting D1101-3 to zero.

Edit: I don't think that will fix it.

Check that TPS signal is functioning.
