Up in the Northern Territory (Darwin) we pay approx $AU1.38 for regular unleaded (91RON) and $AU1.63 for BP Ultimate (98RON). Bit cheaper in southern states
Wow, that's more than I expected.
Current exchange rate is $1.00 US = $1.32 AU x 4 so apprx $4.00 for a gallon!
Check out the world wide gas prices I got of off CNN's web site! The prices are for a gallon in US currency. The folks in Venezuela have it made...gas wise that is.

By SA did you mean South Africa or something else? If you meant South Africa I was just there in January and the prices were about $2.60 in both Capetown and Joburg/Pretoria area.Quote:
