New tune loading help

Hey guys. May be in the wrong area here but im in a pickle. Just bought a new tune pack for my pickup and followed the instructions sent in my e mail, got my tune pack to show up in my v8 scan and tune "recent items" area of the computer app but i have no clue how to get it loaded on to my autocal.

All the e mail says is to go into the efilive v8 explorer, go to f3 data files and open the tune folder to delete all my old tunes and then simply drag and drop my new tune pack on to my device.

Well, i cant find the tune file downloaded anywhere on my computer or anywhere in the efilive folders on my computer, i can only see it in my scan and tune app.

Can someone please help me get this loaded on to my autocal? Im 100% at a loss. Autocal is fully up to date.
