Update autocal firmware and now none of the buttons work

I had had no trouble with the unit, I went to load my stock tunes back onto my truck to have it retuned for some changes I made, pluged it into the computer and it told me there was an update. I clicked on the update boot block and update firmware in that order and then when it came back on only the down arrow functioned and after unplugging it and plugging it back in now none of them work and it is the same if it is powered by usb or by odb port.

Any ideas or is the unit toast?

It's not likely toast. You can call you tuner and see if he can help you through loading the firmware again. You can format the config file area and see if the settings are messed up.
