Unable to flash LS1a controller ? 97 corvette auto to manual swap

I just completed a manual swap on a 97 c5 and I’m trying to load a stock manual tune into the controller and I’m running into trouble

I can pull the full automatic tune .

The vehicle is a 97 corvette automatic with the Ls1a

There’s a red X Over the Ls1a controller saying full flash not supported ?

Then I tried to just do a calibration flash with the new file and it won’t do this either and it says there’s an incompatible OS/mismatch. I’m assuming a full flash has to be done ? I’m just tying to get rid of all the issues from the automatic to manual swap.

I’m getting codes, and I’m also getting the “brake before shift” message in the DIC .
