Problem when trying to flash 2017 E92

Hello There
I had this strange issue when i was flashing 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500
I modified the file then flash it first time with out any problem but after adjusting the tune and tried to flash the file the second time it shows an error message that it could not be flashed then it shows 2 DTCs P0630 VIN not programmed mismatched and P0315 crankshaft position variant not learned
and the car stopped cranking .
i tried to flash the file again without luck the only thing that fixed the issue was when i removed the car battery for a minute and re plug it again
it started without any codes then i was able to finish tuning
So any idea what was the problem ?!!!
