96# injectors :(
i cant get these things to go below 1.6ms no matter what i change. Shouldnt the pcm try to pull them lower even if they wont actually work lower? This is killing my mileage. I am olsd cos5. a/f at 11-13 is killing my mileage. oF course with ANY load the a/f goes to 14.7 in autove mode. Any idea why i cant get the pcm to ask for lower than 1.6ms? I got every injector related table i can find cut up to 75% and it makes NO difference.

You might want to try searching for post from NitroRocket. He was able to get some 90+# injectors to work. IIRC, one of his tricks was to low the base fuel pressure.

off the top of my heads I set
small pulse adjust to -3.9
injector flow rate at 13hg and higher (my eboost reads vacuum in hg i think) to 100 (efilive max)
and my fuel pressure was already at 43psi hose off.
This gets my inj ms down to 1.4...idle is 14.7 and decel is 13.0 ish.....i think i can get it better but that was just the rough start.
It improved my mileage tremendously and am now starting to see light at the end of the tunnel.
